On other hand the second sub-stage of breast cancer, tumor is more than 5 cm long, the lymph nodes in the armpit contain cancer cells, and they may adhere together. The third stage of breast cancer, you may find tumor to be affixed to the chest wall or skin and the lymph isn’t always formed of cancer cells. Tumor can be of any size and it may spread to lymph notes in the armpit and under the breastbone.
In the fourth stage the breast cancer exhibits symptoms that occur due to cancerous cells that have metastasized or spread to various organs like bones, liver, lungs.
