Using cloves in your cooking as a condiment is another useful way of treating worms. The strong smelling chemicals in cloves help destroy the eggs laid by the parasites inside the intestines. Eating a few pieces of raw cloves during every meal is also highly helpful in this regard.
Just like cloves, garlic also has natural odorous juices that help kill intestinal parasites. Grate and pulp a few pieces of garlic and consume the juice extracted from them 2-3 times a day to destroy worms. For another remedy, make a paste by grinding pumpkin seeds and a few slices on onion in soy milk and consume this mixture every day. Another easy way of getting rid of intestinal parasites is to fry the seeds of bitter gourd in ghee for a few minutes and then eating them thrice every day. Eating a couple of tomatoes every morning on an empty stomach is also known to be useful in treating worms.
