This is a rather tedious process though and requires a large quantity of garlic. There is the alternate option of buying pre-packaged garlic juice that is readily available at all grocery stores.
You may not like the taste and odor of garlic juice, so it is best to mix this herbal medicine with other healthy fruits and vegetables. Start with small amounts till your body gets used to the taste.
