1. Soak 6 to 7 almonds in the night. In the morning, just peel off the skin, and grind it, and mix this paste in milk and boil it. And drink it. Continue doing this for 1 week, you can find difference. 2. Drink Carrot juice daily. 3. Drink butter milk daily
Eat uncooked cottage cheese slices sandwiched in breads. very useful.
Lo B.P : Adding salt in ur normal bottle of water helps. N of course eating more salty food...
If its hot or humid and I haven't drank enough water or eaten enough I get head spins. If I keep going my vision closes in and I faint. If you get head spins in the heat make sure you stop, sit and drink water
Sometimes if you drink lots of water its good for your blood pressure
Pomegranate juice will help to bring up the blood pressure level.
