- Use Ripe Banana to gain weight. First mash the banana into milk, don't mix sugar in it. Then in breakfast take everyday. It is very good to gain weight in few days.
- Use ragi flour porridge (Fry kala chickpeas and remove peel, then grind it, it become sattu) on daily bases. First you mix ragi flour porridge in glass of water and as per your taste you add sugar or salt in it take in a breakfast. It is also keep your stomach cool. It is very good diet in summer.
