Use Vagisil...for 2 days..that will clear off..
I have a yeast infection that causes itching in my hands & feet. I tried most all over the counter remedies. Neosporin works to relieve itch, and heals the lesions in my hands and feet fastest.
Use a clear gel cap from any health food store and fill it with pharmacy grade Boric Acid and insert it in the vaginal opening. A paste can also be made for external relief. It takes one dose usually. This was recommended by my midwife. Boric acid can be bought from any pharmacy and its way cheaper than other purchased remedies.
When I was younger I used to ave a problem with infections alot, especially when I first started having a cycle, but I had one doctor tell me to drink acidophilus milk when I would break out with an infection. It as far as I can remember helped fight the infection and with that and eating yogurt Kept them under control
Use a 5 cc syringe and draw plain yogurt in it. Insert into vagina before bed time. This should be done ever night for at least 3 days, might need to be done up to 7 days, if symptoms do not subside.
Put some vinegar on a cotton ball, then wipe on the vaginal ares and into the vagina. It will sting at first, but then will feel completely normal for hours. It will get rid of it for good after a couple of days.
Cut down (drastically if you can/if not, then gradually) on all products containing sugars and white flour products. Increase water consumption, and especially increase yogurt intake - any natural yogurt, but especially the ones containing live bacteria or labeled as "live". Basically eat healthy, cut down the sugars, cut down the white flour stuff, increase water and yogurt and you're on your way . I suffered for 10 years+ before figuring this out for myself after intensive internet research. Every time I went to the doctor, same old prescription for candestan or an alternative - tried endless pessaries and creams, and at one stage antibiotics. They all worked for about four days max and then I was always back to square one. There's simply no alternative to adjusting the diet ....you don't have to starve yourself of sugars, but it helps if you can drastically cut down for a couple of weeks if you can, or at least try to cut down and aim to far outweigh the sugars with fiber, water, good bacteria from yogurt, and good proteins. Avoid all carbonated drinks and juices. Then learn to recognize natural sugars and substitute wherever possible for refined sugars. It worked for me and I only wish I'd woken up sooner.
