Home remedy for cold hands and feet
Is there any remedy for cold feet and cold hands. my feet and hands is ice cold right through the year.

I have had success with treating cold hands and feet with Chinese Medicine (acupuncture and herbs). I've also seen some effective treatments by practitioners of Ayurvedic medicine (Indian herbs).
