One of the most unbearable pains is pain in the heels. There are various causes for pain, the most common being an impact that has been sustained to a particular part of the body. The most common cause of heel pain is when a person has accidentally impacted the heel against a solid object. There are often times when people are not careful about where they step and a change in depth of a surface underfoot will cause the heel to be impacted. Classic symptoms of heel pain include a sharp pain that shoots from the heel through the entire length of the leg, resulting in an inability to place the heel on the floor for a while after that.
