Natural cure for dried skin due to anemia

I have had little spots coming onto on my lower legs front of calves ever since diagnosis of total anemia 3/4 yrs ago. Dried, scaly, won't go away. What can I do?

Symptoms and Natural Cure for Anemia

The description you provide sounds more symptomatic of a combination of extremely dry skin and anemia. You did not mention whether you managed to cure your anemia. If not, this would be the first thing you would need to do. The skin will improve once you have managed to take care of the blood deficiency in your body. You can begin taking care of this particular problem by eating foods that manufacture red blood cells in your body. This would include beetroots, red meat, apples, potato skins and bitter gourd. Make it a point to consume all of them on a daily basis. Once your blood count starts gong up, you can also begin with following home remedies for dry skin.

You should increase you water intake to about 10 to 15 liters of water daily. This will result in naturally supple and well lubricated skin on its own. Begin a daily routine of moisturizing after a warm bath. The best moisturizer to use is olive oil, which is therapeutic in healing dry skin as well. Immediately apply the oil when just out from a warm bath. This method will seal the moisture from your bath within. For the scales, apply a mashed overripe banana mixed with milk cream. A weekly milk bath is also a very good solution for this problem. Add a gallon of whole milk to a tub of warm water, and soak in this for about 20 minutes.
