Natural treatment for face dehydration
- Wash your face with ice cold milk or apply it with a soft cotton cloth or a cotton ball.
- You can rub your face with ice cubes for 5 to 7 minutes 3 to 4 times daily.
- Drink a glass of water, fruit juice, soups, buttermilk or coconut water every ½ and hour. This will hydrate the skin internally and provide nutrition.
- Eat lots of raw vegetable salads and steam your vegetables to retain maximum moisture.
- Apply a moisturizing cream liberally over your face before going out.
- Apply cucumber juice, raw potato juice or rose water to your face.
- Wash your face several times during the day.
- Apply Aloe Vera gel to your face 3 to 4 times a day.
- Mash a few papaya pieces and mix them in diluted curd. Massage your face with it 2 or 3 times daily.
- Apply the cream of milk directly to your face and leave it for sometime. After a few minutes wipe it with a cotton ball and wash it with soap and cold water before going out.
- Soak some tea bags in ice cold water and leave it for some time. Squeeze out excess water from the bags and wash your face with it.
