Enema is a method of introducing liquids into the rectum and colon through the anus. This introduction of liquid is essential when toxic substances accumulate in the liver and colon. And, if your bowel is weak, the try colder water falling between the temperatures of 75-80 degree F. warm water helps to relax the bowel whereas cold water provides increased strength.
