Natural remedies for burning rashes
Burning rashes can be relieved in various ways. You can start with gentle exfoliation of the skin. This will effectively remove a layer of dead skin cells, and hopefully the reason for the rash with it. Dampen the area and use sugar and olive oil with a pasty consistency to scrub in circular motions. Wash with mild soap and warm water.
You can also try a baking soda soak. Stir in a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of cold water, dip a washcloth and place it on the rash for five minutes. This will sanitize the rash. You can apply a thick layer of plain unflavored and unsweetened yogurt to the rash. Leave this on for about 20 minutes and wash it off. This should help with the burning sensation almost instantly. Applying chilled milk cream will also help soothe and heal the rash. You can also ease the burning sensation by applying a paste made of sandalwood powder and rose water. It is important to help your body fight your rash from within by boosting your immunity. Take a teaspoon of Indian gooseberry (Indian gooseberry) powder, with a teaspoon of honey every day. If you can eat this fruit fresh, have at least three berries a day.
