  1. Make a paste of one tablespoon of poppy seeds, one tablespoon of lime juice and one tablespoon of water. Apply it thoroughly on the affected area.
  2. A paste of mashed seeds of papaya and tea tree oil can also be applied similarly.
  3. Protect your hands from chemicals while washing dishes or clothes by using cotton gloves.
  4. Horse radish and garlic are excellent natural antihistamine for treating skin allergies.
  5. Oatmeal is also very effective in curing skin allergies.
  6. Capsicum is very high in vitamin C and a natural antihistamine.
  7. After coming out of the bath, apply coconut oil all over your body. It has very cooling effect.
  8. Wear cotton and comfortable clothing. Change your sheets and linen regularly. Do not let dust to accumulate in your house.
  9. Remove any kind of perfume or cosmetic lotion which is causing the allergy.
  10. Apply vitamin E regularly to the affected area.
  11. Apply honey to sooth and nurture the skin.
  12. Make a paste of one tablespoon each of camphor and sandalwood and apply evenly. Wash it with lukewarm water after it dries off.
  13. Find out if it is any particular kind food that is causing the allergy. Remove it from your diet and drink plenty of fluids.
