Soak your feet in a warm concoction of lemon water daily and notice the spots disappearing. Without any other information to go by, it is practically impossible to come up with even a vague suggestion here. White spots on the heels can be any number of things. You have not mentioned your age, how long you have had these spots, whether or not there is any pain or itching, whether the skin in these areas is raised, how large these spots are, whether they are expanding or spreading, or whether you suffer from any other symptoms. White spots can be one of several symptoms of many illnesses as well as of relatively benign conditions. One possibility is that they are simply a part of the normal aging process. They could also be a superficial, cosmetic problem such as dry skin. On the other hand, the spots could be a fungal infection - some fungal infections first appear as white spots or patches and often begin with the feet. They could also be warts that, for some reason, appear only on your feet. Another possibility is leukoderma, also known as vitiligo, which is a skin pigmentation problem.

The list could go on and on. The simplest thing for you to do is to visit a doctor and get a professional diagnosis.
