If this is the case with you, then in all probability, your stomach is suffering from extreme indigestion. The basic thing is that you are not able to cleanse your system at one go. This problem occurs when one is troubled with patchy indigestion. To take care of this problem, you would have to go to the root cause of it. This would be indigestion. You need to check and see if your indigestion is caused due to some problem apart from simply eating the wrong kind of food. Sometimes, we have food allergies that we do not even know about and are troubled with indigestion because of this as well. For instance, intolerance to milk can cause you to have several loose motions during the day. Some people are simply allergic to milk alone. Others can also be allergic to all milk products. There is a lactose intolerance test you can go for to determine if you are indeed allergic to milk. You can ask you general health practitioner or family doctor about this test. The same doctor would also be in a position to prescribe it for you. Some other common food allergens are soy products, eggs, wheat and nuts of all kinds. Of course, there are several more, but these are the most commonly found allergens.
Once you have eliminated the possibility of any allergies, you can start to work upon improving your digestive system. The first thing to do is to cut back on eating junk and fried foods. These are common indigestion causing substances. Excessive spice can also lead to loose motions and in rare and extreme cases, piles as well. You should take care that you are not plagues with these things due to your penchant for spicy food, should you have one. You should also start eating correctly, and on time. This is possible with watching what you eat and when you eat it. Eat well balanced meals, with all nutrients and food groups equally present in them. You should also try to eat five small meals a day, rather than large ones. It is essential to eat a healthy breakfast, as this will ensure that you are not "starved" at any given mealtime. Generally, starvation leads to excessive eating, or bingeing. You need to avoid this, so eat well and healthy frequently. You should also try to eat foods that tend to harden your stools, as opposed to loosening them.
