Mix 3 tsp cinnamon powder in 3 tbsp honey and mix well, Add this honey to 200 ml extra virgin olive oil. Again churn well and massage this oil in the scalp at bedtime. You may use a plastic sheet on pillow so that oil does not stick to pillow. Let the oil get absorbed in the scalp for whole night. Repeat this every night for three months and check the hair color in mirror.

You need to increase the circulation to the scalp - which can be done with massage and Yoga postures, grey hair in the young is hereditary and can also be caused by profound shock. If you are unable to improve the appearance to your liking you may choose to use a natural dye which will not harm your hair.
