I have discoloration all around my eye for almost 6 months it doesn't grow but it looks bad what should I do

It would be impractical to diagnose discolorations around the eye without the aid of a physical examination and possibly some tests. There could be a range of reasons why such discoloration could start around the eye. For some people, it could simply be a matter of dark circles which have been brought on due to sleep disturbances or lack of adequate sleep. It could be that the discolorations you see are due to a problem with the capillaries, such that it looks a lot like bruises. Broken capillaries are the reason for that flush and redness which are so often associated with signs of alcoholism. However there are plenty of other ways in which such broken capillaries could make their appearance, one of which is rough handling of the skin. As mentioned earlier, such discoloration around one’s eye would need to be examined by a doctor. The fact that this discoloration has stayed the same for the past six months means that it deserves to be taken seriously.

Home remedies for discoloration and dark patches usually revolve around various ingredients which specifically act as bleaching products. However, with the case of discoloration which is specifically centered around the eye, it would be unwise to use such remedies. In the first place, one does not know what the precise cause of the discoloration is and whether it would respond to the usual remedies. Secondly, it would be imprudent to put anything around the eye when there is a danger of it going into one’s eye. It might be that you do not require a doctor’s visit but would need to consult a dermatologist to deal with that discoloration. It could be that it is broken capillaries that have led to such facial discoloration and these might benefit from the use of certain topical creams. In most cases, creams containing vitamin C would be able to work best. The drinking of chamomile tea would also benefit you since it aids circulation. Water would also be important for dealing with any kind of skin issue such that your face remains hydrated. Sleep is as important as a healthier diet which includes a lot of options that are rich in anti-oxidants. Usually, sleep should be as uninterrupted as possible and should be indulged in around the same time every night. It helps to have some kind of ritual such that a time for going to bed is maintained and your skin is allowed to heal by itself.
