It can also become dry due to irregular oiling of hair or irregular shampooing and conditioning. Dandruff refers to a condition where the scalp shed dead skin and this goes on to form flakes that remain in the hair and are prominent when you brush your hair. Hair fall again is a major concern and is experienced by practically every single person and it needs attention if you feel that you are losing way too much hair.
Oiling your hair on a regular basis is the first step towards treating dry hair, hair loss and dandruff. Massage your hair well with a mixture of castor oil, almond oil, olive oil and coconut oil as they provide moisture and the required nourishment to dry hair. This in turn leads to healthy hair growth. The use of Fenugreek seeds is an effective remedy to treat dandruff. Soak 2 teaspoons of these seeds overnight in water and grind it into a fine paste the next morning. Apply it to your scalp and leav it for half an hour and then rins with shampoo. Apply lime juice to your scalp and keep it for 10 minutes before washing your hair to prevent dandruff. Egg acts as a natural conditioner that helps to treat dandruff as well as hair fall. Beat 2 eggs and add 2 tablespoons of water to it. Wet your hair and apply this mixture to your hair, massaging it for about 15 minutes. Wash your hair well with lukewarm water to see that there is no residue. To avoid hair fall, never comb your hair while it is wet. Also let it dry on its own and do not blow dry it. You need to indulge in a diet that is healthy and nutritious in order to have healthy hair. To prevent split ends, trim your hair on a regular basis.
