Moustache Growing Tips

Hi I don't have full beard & moustache can I have some remedy to grow full beard, I am 26 yrs thanks

A beard and moustache mark the beginning of puberty and this process may take long and could even stretch to a couple of years. Most boys get frustrated because they are not getting a full growth but you need to understand that is a natural process and takes its own time and therefore, forcing its growth will not really help. A beard and moustache is the result of the androgen hormone that is produced and discharged by your body and this secretion is totally controlled by the pituitary gland and therefore, there is not much that you can do about it. The least you can do is stay healthy, exercise on a regular basis and avoid smoking and drinking. An age old technique that has been followed for years by many is to shave the existing beard and moustache as that causes hair to grow much faster. To grow a full beard and moustache, you can apply eucalyptus oil on the side of the face, chin and also in between the area of the nose and lips. This is known to activate the epidermis causing the hair in that particular area to grow faster. Along with this, have biotin that is a dietary pill that will enable your hair to grow faster wherein you have two and a half milligrams of it everyday.

Also, indulge in a diet that is well balanced consisting of all the required nutrients, vegetables, proteins and so on and make sure that you drink plenty of water. Your daily diet should include beta carotene, magnesium, sulfur, zinc, vitamin C, E and B6 for better results. Once your moustache and beard has grown fully, it is essential that you maintain it well so that you do not face further problems. Therefore, it is essential that you trim your beard and moustache at least once a month so that all the dry hair can be removed and the healthy ones stay. To keep the moisture and oil consistent, wash your beard and moustache with a shampoo or soap that is not very strong and avoid using products that have fragrance that might damage your beard. Maintaining proper hygiene is also extremely essential so that they are free from dirt and remain clean. Thus, you should wash them everyday and even before going to bed. If your beard itches, do not scratch it as you will damage the skin that is around but instead use a cream.
