Sore Joint or Arthritis Natural Cures

This is common and is usually caused by arthritis. Fortunately, there are many, many things you can do to help or completely get rid of this problem.

  1. Start taking joint supplements that contain MSM (which has been known to completely cure arthritis), glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, and vitamin C. Be sure to follow the instructions on the packaging so that you get the amount that will do the most good for you. Sometimes it is best to do a loading dose of 1.5 to 2 times the suggested amount for 7 to 14 days. This will kick start the healing process.
  2. Before you go to bed, try rubbing some liniment on your joints. Be sure that it includes a menthol type of ingredient as these are the most beneficial. This will help the inflammation and increase circulation.
  3. Soak your hands and feet. The best thing to soak your hands and feet in is very warm water and Epsom salt.
