Try these home remedies for sun burns -
- Put a cup of oatmeal in water bath with warm water and leave for 15 minutes. Soak yourself in it and wipe your skin very gently after bath so as to keep a thin layer of oatmeal on the skin. This remedy will help in relieving the itchiness and soothe the sun burn skin on your nose.
- Apply fresh cucumber on your nose this will help to heal the burnt skin.
- Mustard oil when applied on your nose and allowed to dry will help to draw the heat out of the skin.
- To avoid skin burns in future don't forget to wear a sunscreen lotion with 25-30 SPF 20 minutes before stepping out in sun.
- Always protect your skin with a hat, umbrella or sunglasses to avoid a sun burn.
