Exercise to reduce flab-
- First and foremost just do exhalations. Throw out the air forcefully through the nose pushing the diaphragm inside and air expelled out do not bother inhalation, air will automatically go in when expelled out in the above explained way. Do this type of breathing for 20 minutes daily early in the morning before any breakfast.
- Just move your thighs upwards while standing bringing them close to the abdomen and chest, the leg will be at right angle to thigh. Do this rhythmically for 2 minutes, alternating both the legs.
- Likewise take some weight say 5 lbs and hold it with the hands, stretching hands apart and then flexing them inwards at the elbow do this 20 times every day.
