Health advice on mild stomach pain

Last 3 weeks i suffered from mild stomach pain not severe.Pain going sometimes to backside also.I consulted gastrologist.He tld no appendicitis and gave some tablets.Im having it. What is it?

Please take an x-ray K.U.B so as to rule out renal calculi.
There may be a small ulcerative growth or worm infestation.
It can be a referred pain due to liver or gall bladder infection.
Just do a thorough check up rather a USG [ultra sound sonography] of full abdomen.
