Can B-complex capsule be consumed together with Multi-Vitamin capsule, or they should be taken separate and at a different time.

It is very clear that your body needs vitamins and minerals on a daily basis in order to function properly. Vitamin B complex can be described as a group of vitamin B supplements that you can take for improving your metabolism, your skin, your nervous system and your overall health. In case it is determined that your diet is lacking in Vitamin B, your doctor may advise you to take a Vitamin B complex capsule on a daily basis. Alternately, if your diet is low in several other vitamins too, your doctor may just advise you to take Multi-Vitamin capsule instead, which will contain the required amounts of all the vitamins required by your body, including Vitamin B.
It is best not to add both these supplements, to your daily diet, unless otherwise recommended by your doctor. An overdose of vitamins can be quite dangerous and can have severe side effects on your health. However, if you are asked to add both the supplements to your diet make sure that you keep a gap of at least a few hours between the two.
While supplements are a great way to ensure that you get your daily intake of vitamins, they can have an adverse effect on your body, especially if taken in excess. Therefore, it is better if you increase your intake of foods that are naturally high in vitamins and minerals.

Tingling feeling or numbness in the fingers, mood swings, loss of appetite, loss of muscle co-ordination, bloating, anxiety and even kidney failure are some of the more serious side effects of vitamin b complex overdose. Multivites would probably already contain Vita B complex, and your liver would get rid of the access. Its very advisable for you to take capsules at at 2 different times, perhaps one with the morning meal and the other at lunch.
