Give me some tips 4 becoming thin

Having an ideal weight is the dream of many. As desirable as it is, a lot of effort needs to be put in to achieve your ideal weight. There is nothing known as "quick weight loss." Weight loss requires a lot of time and effort. Most of the times, it needs a radical change in lifestyle and diet. Selecting which foods to eat and which to avoid, can be a real challenge. The bottom line is that if you're fat, most probably you're eating something that you shouldn't be eating. You might be accustomed to having your food in a particular way. More often than not, when you are planning to lose weight, you have to change what you eat, when you eat, and how you eat it. Here are some weight loss tips to see you through your quest.

Stay away from fat.

This cannot be stressed enough. A healthy, balanced diet consists of controlled amounts of fat. However, when you are planning to lose weight, fats have to be completely eliminated from the diet because they make you gain weight. Try to include only unsaturated fats in your diet. The quantity of fat in your diet should be such that you receive only one fourth of your total caloric intake from fats.

Avoid sweets.

Sugars are highly concentrated sources of energy. They not only give instant energy but also have a lot of calories. There are two disadvantages of consuming sugar-rich foods. First is that they increase the caloric intake and build appetite so that you end up eating more of everything, and second, excess of sugars make the body excrete chromium and other minerals that make up the lean tissue in the body.

Drink lots of water.

Water is an essential life force. It also forms the base for many of the body's electrolytic reactions. Water regulates the temperature of the body, reduces appetite, and helps eliminate toxic waste from the body. Water is also essential because is helps in the absorption of many of the water soluble minerals and vitamins. A normal healthy person should drink about 4 to 5 liters of water everyday.

Add dietary fiber to your meals.

Increasing the intake of dietary fiber can control your appetite. Dietary fibers are filling but do not add calories. Fruits and vegetables contain good amounts of dietary fiber and therefore should be a part of your regular meals.
