I can recommend EFT, and Yoga. There are reasons, and one is that the connection from the brain to tell you you're full is being blocked by a messed-up chemical process. That you'll have to look up for yourself-it gets deep.
It also might be because you're a protein type and you're eating too many carbs. Check out what metabolic type you are and go from there. The Atkins diet, minus fake sweeteners, is pretty good. Just try to go all organic if you can. Never use Splenda (former pesticide) or Aspartame (former stomach drug-and converts to formaldehyde in body). Use organic Xylitol, Ethrytol, or Stevia when necessary. Although Stevia doesn't do well in cooking.
