- Soak 1 tsp of coriander seeds and 1 tsp of alma in a cup of water at the night. Drink this next day morning.
- Make a paste from 6 watermelon seeds, 6 almonds, 1 tsp poppy seeds and 1 tsp wheat grain. Fry 2 cloves in 1tsp clarified butter and mix in this paste. Add this to milk and drink daily.
- When you feel dizzy try to focus your attention on a particular point, this will help you to get balanced.
- While getting up from the bed don't stand immediately from sleeping position. Sit first slowly then rise slowly to avoid dizziness.
