Home remedies to generate heat and stimulate circulation are essential. Wear socks and warm spongy sandals that fit comfortably. Sit on a chair and soak your feet for 5-10 mins in a tub containing warm water with 1 tsp salt added to it and just relax. This is especially helpful to subside aches. After 5-10 mins, dry your feet gently without rubbing the skin vigorously and apply cream for lubrication. Cold weather tends to dry up the skin and cause itchy flaky dry skin. You can even give yourself a foot and leg massage while applying cream.
