A gurgling noise in the stomach can be an embarrassing problem. 0There are many causes of stomach gurgling. Read on to find out more. The gurgling noise in the stomach is produced when there is a sudden contraction of the muscles that are located in the intestine and the stomach. The various reasons as to why this rumbling or gurgling noise in the stomach occurs are as follows:-
The noise could be due to some of the foods that you are eating. Some foods do not break down until they get into the large intestine. These foods increase the amount of air they produce during the digestive process. Certain foods which cause stomach bloating are peas, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, beans and so on. Other foods that cause stomach bloating and the resulting gurgling noise in the stomach are carbonated beverages and high fiber foods.
Frequent bouts of stomach gurgling could also be due to the stomach being full. If severe stomach cramps, abdominal pain and diarrhea accompany the gurgling noise in the stomach, it could signal the onset of a gastrointestinal disorder such as irritable bowel syndrome.
Hunger is one of the main reasons behind a gurgling noise in the stomach. Skipping meals could also lead to this problem occurring.

Bleeding hemorrhoids can be due to pregnancy, anal intercourse, constipation or chronic diarrhea, inadequate muscle movement due to prolonged sitting or standing, straining during bowel movements, sitting for an extended time on the toilet seat and so on. Can you suggest an effective diet?
Hemorrhoids diet treatment plays an important role in the natural treatment of hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids diet treatment should consist of a fiber rich diet. Such a diet should be rich in fiber and should include fresh fruits and vegetables, fiber supplements or whole grains. Fiber helps to prevent constipation. It also adds bulk and moisture to the stool and helps the movement of the stool through the intestinal tract. Foods such as asparagus, cabbage, cauliflower, peas, corn, and Brussels sprouts are all important sources of fiber. Include these foods in your hemorrhoids diet treatment. If you have had surgery for hemorrhoids it is necessary to follow a high fiber diet afterwards. It is also essential to drink a lot of fluids, at least 8 glasses a day. Drinking fluids also helps to soften the stools. Juices are good for hemorrhoids. Try mixing equal parts of dark berry juice with equal parts of apple juice. Drink at least one glass of this juice daily.
There are also certain foods to avoid for hemorrhoids. These include foods that are low in fiber. These should be limited in your diet. Examples of such foods are dairy products, meat, poultry, fish and eggs and fruits without the skin.
