ADVICE ON HOT FEET: WHAT CAUSES HOT FEET? ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT

Hot Feet Advice

By hot feet I assume you mean feet that feel as if they were burning. Several of us experience burning feet. You will notice this feeling usually in the soles of your feet. This happens during the summer months when the temperatures soar. They make your feet feel hot too. A simple way to stop your feet feeling hot is ensuring that you wear open shoes during this time. Avoid wearing socks and shoes. If you can, you should wear sandals or something that will keep your feet cool. Periodically during the day kick off your shoes and let your feet breathe. Soaking your feet in some cold water is another easy remedy too. This will make your feet cooler. You can also try soaking your feet in warm water. Add three tablespoons of baking powder and then soak your feet in this. Some people find that when they alternate between cold and warm water, their feet instantly feel better. Some people find that an application of ground henna leaves on the soles of their feet work wonders. You can try this at bedtime. Grind the henna using a little water and apply this to the soles of your feet. Keeping yourself hydrated with plenty of water and fruit juices will help you too. Eating spicy food is not a good idea, especially in the summer months. Instead stick to a diet of fruits and vegetables
