Topical NSAIDS have also been effective in lessening the pain. Patients who used these inflammatory drugs did not have any side effects. You should also reduce your intake of caffeine. All these measures will definitely help you a lot.
Non Cyclic breast pain has various causes. If the person has some bony or muscular problems of chest wall then it may cause chest pain. Breast infection is another cause of breast pain. Treatment for non cyclic breast pain includes intake of certain vitamin supplements as well. Ibuprofen is frequently used to ease this type of breast pain (mastalgia).
