A simple and popular remedy for treating damaged nerves is to consume a few cloves of raw garlic before every meal. The natural antioxidant property of garlic helps improve blood circulation and produces a comfortable, warm sensation in the body. Alternatively, you may also crush two cloves of garlic in half a cup of fresh milk and consume this mixture twice a day. This will produce a significant improvement in the condition in about a week. For another remedy, finely grate and mince some fresh horseradish and apply this topically as a poultice on the affected area. Ensure that the horseradish acts on the region for at least an hour. This stimulates deadened nerve endings and provides relief from pain and burning. In addition to this, you should include natural sources of vitamin B in your regular diet.
