You must eat all green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and juices so that you get the required nutrition from them. Make a conscious effort to shed some weight as you will see the difference that it will have in lessening the amount of pain. Exercising is the best way to stay fit as this would also help avoid pain and any other illnesses and thus, should be done on a regular basis. You can ask your doctor to help you out with a few exercises or stretches that you can do at home to help curb the pain.
