Breast Feeding
The definition of breast feeding is clear and simple to understand. It is an act in which a mother feeds her infant with milk from her breasts. This is also known as lactating. In addition to sustaining the infant in terms of nutrition, breastfeeding facilitates the bond between mother and baby. Breastfeeding is therefore encouraged the world over.
