Try the following simple home remedies for dull skin -
- When you cut papaya keep the peel aside. Apply the inner side of the peel on your skin. Wash it after 15 minutes. This will help your dull skin shine.
- Take cold Fuller’s earth add grounded mint leaves in it. Make a paste using rose water and apply it on your face and neck. Wash with cold water after it dries.
- For instant glow on the face mash an apricot and apply it on the skin. wash after 10-15 minutes.
- Make a smooth paste by mixing gram flour and raw milk. Apply this paste on the skin and leave it for 15-20 minutes or till it dries. Wash the face with warm water. This is also an effective remedy for dull skin.
- Have at least 8-9 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables daily.
- Drink plenty of water, fruit juices, and coconut water. Avoid fried, junk, oily foods and spicy foods as far as possible.
- Exercise is also very important to keep your skin glowing and fresh. A simple brisk walk for 30 minutes or yoga will also work best.
