You can even choose your own breathing combination but ensure that you exhaling is longer than your inhaling.
Hypnosis is another way to stop blushing. Hypnosis actually helps in relaxing, lowering anxiety and calming sympathetic nervous system. This helps you relax and stay cool in any social gathering.
