If your eyes are puffier when you wake up in the morning or at any other time of the day, then try sleeping on an elevated bed. You can use bed sheets or towels to raise the head of your bed.
Another natural cure for puffiness of the eyes is cucumber which has astringent properties and reduces the swelling in the eyes. Place a couple of slices on your eyes and lie down for some time. You will find a considerable improvement in the puffiness.
Moisten 2 caffeine tea bags and place them over your eyes similarly. Caffeine constricts the blood vessels and will reduce the puffiness of the eyes with regular use.
Another home remedy which works as an energizer is cold water. Wash your eyes with it whenever you wake up or the puffiness of the eyes increases.
