Buttermilk is another healthy option when you are suffering from chicken pox. Keep your hands away from the boils. You should ensure that you don't come in contact with other members of your family. Carrot and coriander soup is believed to be beneficial in treating chicken pox. Boil chopped carrots along with coriander. Grind this and pass through a sieve and then boil. Consume this.
