Natural remedies for dark circles -
- Please have good sleep average 5-7 hours per day.
- Take hot water steams over closed eye lids.
- Apply lemon juice with honey on the dark areas and leave for 8 hours. Then wash with warm water.
- Drink about 500 gms of carrot juice with 50 gms of corriander juice daily early in the morning for 2 months.
- Wear sun glasses to avoid direct sunlight tanning the skin.
- Treat with natural iron supplements like green leafy vegetables, liver of lamb and eggs to fight iron deficiency.
